World War 2 Veteran's Data

The Parksville Cenotaph lists men who died during World War Two.  In addition, the honour roll at St. Anne's Anglican Church has a list of men who served during that war.  We have combined the two lists into one that includes all those who died during the Second World War and, where available, added their date of birth and their full name.  In some instances the initials on the cenotaph or honour roll did not match the full names of the men.  To see more details, click on the links in the columns.

While the Society is reasonably sure of the accuracy of this information, it cautions users that they should check original source records where possible and weigh the information here against other information they have accumulated about their ancestors.

When we were unable to determine with a high degree of certainty that the information located was about the person on the honour roll or cenotaph, we have shown the information as only "possible" and provided a note to assist with examining that information and doing further research.

If you have information about any of the men listed here, and for whom we have no data,  please contact the Society using the link on our home page.
