Join QBFHS

The Qualicum Beach Family History Society welcomes new members.  The yearly fees are:

Single:  $25.00      Family:  $40.00       Associate:  $40.00

(half year membership – single $12.50; family/associate $20 – from July 1-December 31)

 

 

 

Fees can be paid in the following ways:

• Via Interac e-Transfer, by sending a direct deposit payment from your online banking account to “Treasurer QBFHS” at email address “treasurer@qbfhs.ca”. Please include your name, postal address, email address and phone number in the “Message” box. If you are paying for a Family Membership, please include name and email address of your family member.
• By PayPal using the form below. (Note that PayPal charges the Society a transaction fee.)

Please note: You do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. After clicking the “Pay Now” button, you will be directed to a page that allows you to either log into your PayPal account (if you have one) or pay by credit card.

Single and family membership entitles members to:

• attend all meetings and special events held by the Society,
• a vote for each member (but only one vote for two members in the case of a family membership) at such meetings,
• borrowing privileges at the library,
• one copy of the quarterly “Voices of the Past” journal,
• access all journals and newsletters from other Societies that we exchange publications with,
• the opportunity to attend courses and workshops offered by the Society, and,

• attend British Columbia Genealogical Society (BCGS) meetings and seminars for free (in-person or virtually) since QBFHS is an affiliate member of BCGS (http://www.bcgs.ca).

Associate Membership is open to other Family History Societies or groups with similar interests and entitles them to copies of the “Voices of the Past” journal published by the Qualicum Beach Family History Society.
